This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information by Tote Technologies, Inc. (“Tote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) including on our website available at https://tote.ai, Tote’s point of sale systems (“Tote AI POS”), and our other online or offline offerings that link to, or are otherwise subject to, this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Disclosure Regarding Merchant Data

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we process on behalf of a customer who has contracted with Tote to provide the Services (“Merchant”). If you are a customer of a Merchant (an “End User”), the Merchant’s privacy policy governs the collection and use of your information. Questions or requests relating to your Merchant Data should be directed to the Merchant.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we do, we’ll notify you by posting the updated policy on our website, and we may also send other communications.

1. End Users of Tote AI POS

• Contact Information: name, phone number, email address, sex and age (to verify legal age for certain goods).
• Transactions: payment details and history (payments are handled by third-party processors, we don’t store card info).

2. Merchants and Their Personnel

• Account Information: name, username, password.
• Merchant Information: merchant name, location, transaction details (volume, types of goods, chargeback ratios).
• Personnel Interactions: clock-in/out times, tips earned, job-related information.

3. Website Visitors & Others Who Provide Information

• Communications: info you provide via email, forms, or contact page.
• AI Chat Agent: chat conversations may be recorded.
• Surveys & Events: responses and details collected.
• Interactive Features: posts or content shared publicly.
• Sweepstakes/Contests: info collected as required.
• Business Development: info collected to assess opportunities.
